Select the correct size of T-Bolt.

In order to choose the correct T-Bolt size, please measure the width by our simple caliper or standard vernier caliper, take measurement comparison table as reference. Then put the T-Bolt inside to the rim by nose pliers. T-Bolt will be fastened tightly on the rim, do not slide back and forth. Please always choose the larger one if you are not sure which T-Bolt sizes could be fitted.

Please put T-Bolt inside of your rim, and rotate T-Bolt till fixed in the rim as the illustration below.

Insert T-Bolts into every installation hall.

Please insert correct T-Bolts into every installation hole. There is no firm function if put T-Bolt S into L installation hole. On the contrary, tire with structural damage may happen.

Please force properly T-Bolt into hole by using installation bar with flat part.

DO NOT knock T-Bolt in with metallic hammer, otherwise T-Bolt will be broken easily.

T-Bolt will fitted closely hole and has no crack beween them as picture after finish this step.

Please ensure T-Bolt insert into hole correctly. It will cause rim-out if do not press T-Bolt well.

Mount NEXO tire.

Tips: To click one T-Bolt in your rim first will ease tire mounting process. 

According to arrow mark on the tire to make sure the moving direction. Press two beads into the rim first and then fasten tightly with cable tie.

Mount the rest part of NEXO tire on your rim with installation bar. 

Press every bead of NEXO tire

With the help form installation bar, align edge of tire and press beads inside the rim at an angle.

The small range of edge form T-Bolt will be exposed, see as left picture. 

T-Bolt and the bead will be exposed if do not press it well.

Press every T-Bolt into the rim

T-Bolt will be covered with tire as below picture.

It could see the edge of T-Bolt obviously if do not press it precisely.

Installation check

It's hard to flip NEXO tire and means when T-Bolt and bead are pressed into the rim well.
